As Senior Product Designer at a Medicare supplement and Medicare advantage sales company, I led the creation of an innovative internal sales tool designed to revolutionize the way agents manage and close deals. The application I developed consolidates patient information, plan comparisons, and documentation into a single, digital platform. It features advanced capabilities for comparing Medicare plans and prescription options, alongside a user-friendly interface developed using Angular and Material Design. This tool not only streamlined the sales process but also transformed the sales environment by eliminating paper clutter and significantly speeding up the decision-making process.

As Head of Design at Haled, I played a pivotal role in launching myMedSpa, an innovative extension of our healthcare technology into Medical Spas. I oversaw the design of a suite of digital tools, including a white-labeled, client-facing mobile app and a comprehensive online portal for spas. These platforms facilitate in-home spa services, offering unparalleled privacy and convenience to clients, while providing spas with robust tools to manage appointments, track mobile providers, and enhance their service offerings.

At PASKR, as the first UI/UX designer, I led a comprehensive redesign of the construction management software, transitioning it from a PHP-based system to a modern JavaScript framework. My approach included conducting user interviews to inform a new design system and integrating user journey flows for enhanced platform navigation. This redesign significantly improved user experience, transforming how general contractors manage projects by replacing traditional methods with a unified, intuitive digital solution.
